SkillOrbit is a solutions platform that empowers growth by offering E-Learning, HR Consultancy, and IT Services. This is a full-time Technical Engineer role based on-site in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Conducting system upgrades.
• Providing ongoing technical support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business goals.
• Ensuring that IT protocols and security measures are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in systems design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware issues.
• Experience with system upgrades, IT infrastructure, and technical support practices.
• Expertise in network protocols, system security, and compliance measures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in IT Services or digital transformation projects is a plus.
