About the Role

As an Assistant in Occupational Therapy, you will support occupational therapy specialists in planning and implementing treatment measures in the areas of rehabilitation and daily living management.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing treatment materials
• Accompanying patients during exercises
• Documenting therapy progress
• Assisting in the development and implementation of support and training programs
• Close collaboration with the therapeutic team, relatives, and external service providers to ensure individual and holistic care.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Skills: Basic knowledge in occupational therapy, rehabilitation processes, and functional training.
• Patient Orientation and Care: Experience in patient-centered care, working with different age groups, and sensitivity to individual needs in patient care and home care.
• Program and Therapy Development: Ability to contribute to the planning, organization, and optimization of therapy and support programs.
• Education and Experience: Completed training or studies in occupational therapy, nursing, or therapeutic fields. First practical experience in an occupational therapy practice, clinic, or rehabilitation facility is advantageous.
• Personal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, empathy, structured way of working, and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.
