About the Role

Skillzenloop is seeking a motivated Python Developer Intern interested in software development, programming, and building practical applications. The intern will work on Python-based projects, develop problem-solving skills, and gain practical exposure to software development in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts and applications.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable Python code.
• Assist in developing backend functionality for web applications.
• Work with Python libraries and frameworks.
• Understand and work with APIs and data processing workflows.
• Perform debugging and troubleshoot basic programming issues.
• Work with databases and write basic SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to understand technical requirements.
• Document code, development processes, and project progress.
• Assist in testing applications and improving existing functionality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Understanding of variables, data types, loops, functions, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with data structures and basic algorithms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals is preferred.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs is beneficial.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with Python projects, academic assignments, or personal coding projects will have an advantage.
• Applicants should have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

• Duration: 1–3 Months
• Stipend: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month
