Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

About the Role

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or software as a service applications. This involves tailoring features to evolving business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of systems. You will utilize various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is key.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaged or software as a service applications.
• Understanding of release management processes and version control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 15 years full time education required.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
