About the Role
The Global Logistics Analyst is responsible for coordinating and optimizing international transportation, warehousing, customs compliance, and distribution activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods across global markets. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to support business operations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in international logistics and export operations.
- Strong expertise in pre-shipment documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bills, and Letter of Credit documentation.
- Experience in post-shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Bank Negotiation Documents, Export Documentation, and customs-related paperwork.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs compliance, and freight forwarding processes.
- Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments across global regions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
