Ceebly is seeking a Travel Expert (M/F) for their client, a travel agency specializing in Asian tourism. Reporting to a team of passionate travelers, you will design and sell tailor-made stays in India and beyond. Your role is to understand client desires, build personalized trips, and support clients throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform qualified client requests into firm bookings
- Design personalized itineraries and quote prices with local partners
- Support travelers from preparation to post-trip, with a high level of requirement
- Contribute to personal sales targets and collective performance
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve offerings and foster loyalty
- Maintain and share knowledge of hotels, activities, and service providers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- French native speaker (or bilingual) and fluent in English for professional contexts
- Comfortable communicating by phone and in writing, with a strong sense of sales
- Genuine passion for travel and a desire to become an expert in multiple destinations
- Curious, adaptable, and ready to use booking tools
- Ideally, previous experience in tourism
