About the Role

House of Attorneys is a full-service law firm based in Delhi, India, offering strategic legal representation, litigation, advisory, and consultancy services.

This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Delhi. The role offers exposure to court procedures, contract review, and practical aspects of litigation and advisory work under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal research.
• Conduct case law analysis.
• Prepare notes and briefs for ongoing matters.
• Draft and review basic legal documents.
• Organize case files.
• Support the team in civil, commercial, IPR, trademark, and arbitration-related work.
• Prepare summaries for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills, including familiarity with legal databases and case law research tools.
• Ability to draft clear, concise legal notes, basic contracts, and case summaries with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of core legal concepts in civil law, commercial law, intellectual property, and contract law (coursework or prior internships).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a medium-paced environment.
