POSH Trainer & Compliance Consultant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer & Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver POSH training programs for employees, managers, and leaders, including orientation sessions, refresher workshops, and specialized modules.
• Support organizations in developing and updating POSH policies, procedures, and communication materials.
• Advise Internal Committees on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Create training content.
• Conduct interactive sessions.
• Document compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes.
• Conduct periodic audits.
• Guide stakeholders to ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, workshop delivery, and experience with interactive, scenario-based learning.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse participant groups and handle sensitive topics with care.
• Ability to conduct compliance assessments, develop action plans, and collaborate with Internal Committees and senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ethical judgment, and discretion when dealing with confidential information and sensitive cases.
• Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, presentation software, collaboration tools) for training and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in POSH law, related labor and employment regulations, and HR compliance; ability to interpret and explain legal requirements in practical terms.
• Experience in HR, employee relations, or organizational development, preferably within corporate or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Formal POSH certification or prior experience as a POSH trainer or consultant is highly desirable.
