About the Role

MANTRA STUDIOS is a creative production company focused on delivering engaging visual content. The work environment encourages creativity, technical excellence, and continuous skill development for media professionals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into polished videos.
• Cut and refine sequences.
• Add transitions.
• Synchronize audio to create cohesive and compelling stories.
• Collaborate with directors and producers.
• Follow creative briefs.
• Organize and manage media assets.
• Apply color correction and grading.
• Integrate motion graphics or visual elements as needed.
• Export and format deliverables for various platforms.
• Maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all work meets brand and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in video editing and post-production software, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Final Cut Pro
• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to manage projects from rough cuts to final output.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with an understanding of color theory and visual consistency.
• Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating graphics into video.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule.
• Relevant academic background or professional training in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, color grading, and motion graphics work.
