About the Role
- Job Title: Member Services Associate
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
- Time Type: Full-Time; Hybrid (In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days)
- Shift Expectations:
- Standard schedule will be Monday-Friday, including up to 8 Saturdays per year.
- Includes up to 3 company holidays per year, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.
- Shift times vary between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM EST/MST. Specific shifts will be assigned based on business needs.
- Salary: $53,000 starting salary.
- Additional Compensation:
- Immediately eligible for overtime after onboarding.
- Eligible for a $500 monthly "Exceptional Performance" bonus (uncapped).
- Considered for salary increases every six months.
- Commuter Support: $100 per month for those commuting to a PURE office three or more days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email, text, and live chat.
- Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, and renewal inquiries.
- Assist members with the online portal.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with computers, able to switch between multiple applications.
- Ability to remember details, prioritize competing tasks, and think critically to solve problems.
- Clear communication skills (phone and writing).

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, school, or retail store is suggested.
