Media Management & Billing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Media Strategists in campaign strategy development and execution
• Build and manage paid social media campaigns on various self-serve platforms
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly client KPI reports
• Conduct research to support media strategies and tactics
• Coordinate campaign details including insertion orders, budgets, materials, and media plan accuracy
• Utilize trafficking and reporting tools to monitor digital campaign delivery and results
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams for timely billing
• Stay informed on media trends and industry research

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with budget management capability
• Ability to create clear and accurate campaign performance reports
• Basic understanding of marketing, advertising principles, media concepts, and budget requirements
• Eagerness to learn self-serve ad platforms and reporting tools
• Research skills and curiosity about media trends
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure

About the Role

The MEDIA COORDINATOR - PAID SOCIAL supports the account management team by executing and reporting on paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat. This role ensures effective campaign delivery by managing multiple clients and tasks, balancing creative approaches with data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
