About the Role
The Transfers-Holds Associate will support customers picking up merchandise from warehouses outside their home location. This position reports to the Transfers or Removal Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary software
- Pull product off the shelves
- Place product in the appropriate location on shelves
- Move pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Availability to work on-site (Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
- Ability to follow written directions and company policies
- Tech-savvy
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer-focused
