About the Role
The Operations Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day business operations and process improvement initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing operational and financial data, identifying trends, and preparing clear reporting for internal stakeholders and clients. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service delivery across recruitment support, virtual assistance, accounting, and digital marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring performance metrics.
- Troubleshooting operational issues.
- Documenting procedures.
- Recommending data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collecting and analyzing operational and financial data.
- Identifying trends.
- Preparing clear reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data collection, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and Accounting, including basic financial reporting, budgeting, or reconciliations.
- Ability to use spreadsheets, dashboards, and business productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM or project management software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in operations, business analysis, shared services, or outsourcing environments is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working independently, with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
