About the Role

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
• Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, and improve discount capture by using preferred suppliers and confirming pricing and terms prior to payment.
• Be responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee the order sequence of procurement and the financial process end to end.
• Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices.
• Systematically handle and manage incoming invoices within the business or organization.
• Verify invoice accuracy, match them with purchase orders and delivery receipts, and initiate the payment process.
• Utilize automated systems and software to streamline and expedite the invoice processing workflow, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of errors.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Your expected interactions will be within your own team and direct supervisor.
• You will be provided detailed to moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• The decisions you make will impact your own work.
• You will be an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
