Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and phone calls.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Reactivate existing patients and schedule repeat sessions.
- Maintain lead records and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
- Strong follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Qualifications
- Lead follow-up and appointment bookings.
- Enquiry-to-appointment conversion.
- Patient reactivation and repeat bookings.
- Daily calling targets and CRM updates.
- Achievement of monthly booking and revenue targets.
