Job Overview
- Hiring for an International Chat Process with a leading BPO company in Gurgaon.
- Training will be provided.
Salary Details
- Freshers: Starting salary of 18,000 per month in hand.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary up to 21,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and salary fitment.
Working Days & Benefits
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Weekly Offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed offs.
- Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Training: Provided by the company.
- Openings: Permanent and 3-month contract roles available.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional written communication and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Gurgaon office.
- Candidates from anywhere in India can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Gurgaon if required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with 0-5 years of experience may be considered, subject to salary fitment and process requirements.
- Excellent spoken English fluency is not mandatory, but candidates must be able to understand and communicate in English.
