Lead Management Executive

About the Role

Wanderlust Travel Planner is seeking an organized and responsible Lead Management Executive to manage incoming customer leads and coordinate their distribution among travel consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming customer leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Email etc.
• Assign leads to the appropriate travel consultants based on the team's allocation process.
• Maintain and update daily lead records in Google Sheets.
• Ensure every lead is properly recorded with customer details, assigned consultant, lead source, and allocation status.
• Track lead assignments and follow up with team members to ensure no leads are missed.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or unassigned leads and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare daily lead allocation reports and share updates with the management team.
• Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an organized lead management process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach to work.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience handling WhatsApp, Email Business leads is preferred.
• Knowledge of lead management, CRM systems, or sales coordination is preferred.
• Experience working with Google Sheets and Excel is preferred.
