About the Role

The Owner role at NielsenIQ in Chennai is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and performance of designated products, services, or business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set clear objectives, define priorities, and manage roadmaps to ensure alignment with NIQ’s strategic goals and client needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication.
• Manage risk.
• Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric innovation within their area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ownership mindset, with experience managing products, projects, or business lines from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making, ideally within a data, analytics, or market research environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, technology, analytics, sales) and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business strategy, financial metrics, and performance management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and influence outcomes.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or market intelligence sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and advanced analytics tools is an advantage.
