About the Role
The Operations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position involves overseeing daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely service to guests.
- Support inventory checks.
- Assist in managing supplies.
- Help implement standard operating procedures.
- Engage with customers.
- Handle basic sales transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment with attention to hygiene and safety.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor daily performance, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, coordinate with team members, and share operational updates.
- Sales skills to support upselling of menu items, promote special offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Operations Management and Project Management skills to help execute store processes, support small initiatives, and ensure consistent service standards.
- Prior experience in F&B, QSR, or retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
