About the Role

HearthAway supports international students in securing accommodation before they move abroad. The Global Property Consultants role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide international students through the accommodation selection process by understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and explaining differences between property types and locations.
• Manage inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct consultations (online and in-person).
• Coordinate with property partners.
• Maintain accurate records of student preferences and bookings.
• Help improve internal processes by sharing insights on student needs, market trends, and partner performance.
• Contribute to the development of content and tools that make housing decisions simpler and more transparent.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure high-quality service, timely responses, and a consistent student experience across regions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including video conferencing, collaborative tools, and basic data entry or reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from New Delhi.
• Professional fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain housing options clearly and build trust with international students and property partners.
• Customer service and consultation skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling multiple inquiries with attention to detail.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and keep accurate records in CRM or similar systems.
• Knowledge or interest in international education and student housing markets, especially in the UK, Ireland, and France, is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with a distributed team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in real estate, accommodation services, study abroad consulting, or related domains is a plus.
• Additional language skills relevant to international student communities are beneficial.
