Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers for semiconductor components including ICs, sensors, and modules.
- Research and procure Arduino, Raspberry Pi kits, and DIY electronics components.
- Evaluate and shortlist PCB manufacturing and assembly vendors.
- Compare pricing, MOQ, lead time, and quality across platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, AliExpress, LCSC, Mouser, and DigiKey.
- Communicate with vendors via WhatsApp, email, and platform-based chats to initiate and manage procurement discussions.
- Prepare structured comparison sheets covering pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier reliability.
- Negotiate basic pricing terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely follow-ups with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement databases and generate reports for tracking and analysis.
