About the Role
H2 Health is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic in Horse Cave, Kentucky. This position offers the potential to advance into a Clinic Director role.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality outpatient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for state licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required.
