About the Role

Holsten Jewelers, a family-owned business established in 1912, seeks a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member for a hands-on retail position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, organize, and maintain showcases and merchandise
• Assist customers with jewelry sales and provide exceptional service
• Handle jewelry and watch repair intake and pickups
• Keep the store polished and organized throughout the day
• Assist with inventory, phones, and general store operations
• Learn about fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, watches, and our designers

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Friendly, personable, and professional
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Takes pride in keeping a store clean, organized, and well-presented
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn about jewelry and the jewelry industry
• Comfortable working as part of a small team
• Jewelry experience or GIA education is a plus

Availability

• Part-time or full-time availability
• Must be available for evening shifts and store closing
• Weekend availability required
