About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Owner role responsible for steering overall business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine company vision and set strategic priorities.
• Oversee key functions including sales, partnerships, service delivery, and product innovation.
• Guide leadership teams and make data-informed decisions on investments and resource allocation.
• Ensure high-quality execution of client projects and programs, such as Digital Campus 3.0.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with partners like Google and Redington.
• Engage with key clients and educational institutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning, ethical leadership, and inclusive practices.
• Mentor team members and ensure long-term organizational resilience and profitability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience across Google Cloud, Google for Education, ChromeOS, and Workspace offerings.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions, data analytics, DevOps, security, and managed services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership or founder-level roles, with a track record of building and scaling technology or cloud-focused businesses.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, business development, and partnership management, preferably with global technology vendors or distributors.
• Experience working with or within EdTech, higher education, or digital transformation initiatives, including program or product leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams.
