Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor Health & PA claim investigations from allocation to closure
- Coordinate with field officers and guide them on investigation protocols
- Review evidence and prepare accurate closure reports
- Maintain TAT and quality as per client requirements
- Share regular MIS and updates with the team
Qualifications
- BHMS / BAMS / BDS
Experience
- Minimum 1 year (freshers can apply)
Note: After 3 months, based on good performance, hybrid mode will be provided (3 days WFH, 3 days WFO).
