Junior Manager

About the Role

Shree Balaji Tubes is seeking a proactive and responsible Junior Manager to support day-to-day plant operations, coordinate with different teams, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily plant activities and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and adherence to quality standards.
• Track raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with factory workers, supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Help manage order processing, dispatch schedules, and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain daily production reports, inventory records, operational data, and management updates.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest practical ways to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Assist management with planning, follow-ups, and other operational or administrative responsibilities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and production planning.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial management is preferred.
• Freshers with strong organizational and problem-solving skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
