Location: Bangalore, India — Full-time, on-site

TRACK 1 — AGENT ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach aviation professionals to become TabAirTrade agents.
• Guide agents through verification, platform training, and account activation.
• Manage the onboarding pipeline, ensuring follow-up, unblocking issues, and closing.
• Build long-term relationships with live agents.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to align onboarding with network growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage a pipeline of fifty conversations.
• Comfort working with individuals across different countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior work experience is an advantage, not a barrier.
• Exposure to aviation, aircraft parts, MRO, or airlines is a strong plus.

TRACK 2 — SALES ASSOCIATE (COMMISSION-LED)

Key Responsibilities

• Own a sales pipeline end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.
• Sell TabAirTrade subscriptions and sourcing services to buyers, sellers, and MROs.
• Build relationships with procurement and purchasing decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings, and closed business.
• Maintain accurate logging and forecasting of all deals and activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A genuine closer, comfortable with targets and follow-up.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence to hold a price.

Qualifications

• MBA, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Exceptional freshers with an MBA will be considered.
• Prior B2B sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
• Background or interest in aviation, aircraft parts, MRO, or airlines is an advantage.
