Key Responsibilities

• Understand the treasury and liquidity management platform, specializing in corporate bond Repo mechanics, tri-party framework, and ARCL clearing ecosystem.
• Drive Institutional Outreach: Present, pitch, and market the platform to Corporate Treasuries, AMCs, Banks, and Insurance Companies using clear, persuasive product demonstrations and marketing collateral.
• Onboard Institutional Clients: Lead end-to-end client onboarding processes, assisting institutional users with documentation, eligibility setups, and platform registration.
• Build Integrated Workflows: Collaborate with Tech & Product teams to refine an integrated platform experience connecting client onboarding directly to collateral management and trade execution.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and ARCL regulatory frameworks, overseeing KYC/AML compliance, documentation, and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage senior treasury executives.
• Comfortable working with modern financial software platforms and digital workflows.
• Basic understanding of SEBI/RBI compliance standards for capital and debt markets.
