About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with knowledge of CNC and VMC machines. The role involves industrial sales and marketing, with a focus on machine handling or machining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand CNC and VMC machine operations, applications, and basic technical specifications.
• Visit CNC machine shops, manufacturing companies, MSMEs, and industrial customers.
• Promote and market CNC/VMC machines, machine tools, and related industrial products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Explain product features, technical benefits, and applications to customers.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business development activities.
• Coordinate with the technical and service teams to resolve customer queries.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
• Experience in machine handling or machining operations.
• Experience in industrial sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine handling, machining, machine tools, or industrial sales.
• Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work in field sales and marketing.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Male candidates only.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CNC/VMC machine shops or machine tool industries.
• Knowledge of industrial B2B sales and marketing.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
