Role: Property Scout

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different areas of Guwahati to identify properties available for rent or sale.
• Connect with property owners and collect accurate property information.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties for online listings and marketing.
• Record property prices, addresses, amenities, availability, and owner contact details.
• Collect property location pins using Google Maps.
• Identify flats, independent houses, PGs, and land available for rent or sale.
• Maintain an organized database of verified properties.
• Submit regular updates on properties sourced and owner interactions.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling across Guwahati.
• Must have a smartphone with a good-quality camera for property photography and videography.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Google Maps and Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Growth

• During probation: Commission-based earnings, with no fixed salary.
• After successful probation: Opportunity for a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, subject to agreed terms.
• Commission rates, probation duration, and payment conditions will be communicated before joining.
• Opportunity to grow into a Senior Property Scout or Property Scout Team Leader role.
