Key Responsibilities

Deliver a WOW Customer Experience:

Greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.

Promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities.

Practice your sport and inspire customers to join sports communities.

Stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities.

Propose the right products & services based on customer needs.

Utilize all channels (in-store, .in, App) to satisfy customer needs.

Propose relevant services such as buyback, repair & maintenance, and personalisation.

Ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Make yourself available to customers.

Suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's sports practice experience.

Ensure product availability through reliable, up-to-date, and responsible inventory management for omnichannel availability.

Ensure signage is updated for customers.
-
Be accountable for delivery.

Create a WOW Store Experience:

Maintain a safe, welcoming, seductive, and engaging store layout.
-
Ensure customers can test all available solutions.
-
Know and highlight the best omnichannel offer to customers, both offline and online.
-
Know the complete offer in your store and online.

Ensure customers can find the entire range of products for their sports practice, either in-store or online.

Suggest the best possible solution to customers based on their needs.

Ensure all necessary services for their sport are available.

Highlight the Circular offer and relevant services.
