Junior Facade Site Engineer

About the Role

Seeking a Junior Site Engineer to confidently manage site operations and coordinate project execution. Freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate and guide site workers effectively are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with designers, engineers, workers, and the office team.
• Read and understand drawings, measurements, and technical details.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure daily site activities and targets are achieved according to the plan.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings is essential.
• Experience in structural glazing, spider glazing, ACP cladding, or similar facade works is preferred.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
