About the Role
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at VIBGYOR Group of Schools in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Conduct campus visits.
- Explain curricula and school policies.
- Support families in completing application and enrollment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
- Follow up with prospective students and families.
- Collaborate with academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Participate in outreach events, admissions drives, and school promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and market feedback to inform enrollment strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in basic CRM or admissions software.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Sales skills.
- Understanding of Education systems and school operations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Business, Communications or related field).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education administration.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
