About the Role

The Owner role at Apply with mentors is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The owner will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and service quality, ensuring that mentorship and AI-based solutions remain effective and user-centered.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and refining the academic mentorship offerings.
• Managing relationships with mentors and partners.
• Supervising the integration and improvement of the Agentic AI platform.
• Setting performance goals.
• Managing budgets.
• Monitoring key metrics related to customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Representing the organization externally.
• Driving marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business leadership or entrepreneurship, including strategic planning, operations management, and team coordination.
• Background in higher education, academic advising, or international admissions, with familiarity in CVs, resumes, motivation letters, and statements of purpose.
• Understanding of AI-driven or technology-enabled platforms, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams on product development and improvement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain mentor, partner, and client relationships.
• Proven capability in financial management, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable business growth.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field; international study or application experience is an advantage.
