About the Role
Clemson Creative Academy is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher's Aides to work with all age groups. This is a part-time role with a required shift of Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 5:45 pm. Compensation is $13-$14/hr, based on education and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff breaks, filling in for absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
- Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher.
- Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma OR GED.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
- Previous childcare experience is a plus.
