The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Receive incoming shipments
- Verify documentation
- Organize materials in storage areas
- Manage inventory levels
- Ensure accurate stock records
- Support order fulfillment by preparing, packing, and dispatching goods
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Monitor material handling equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Shipping & Receiving
- Skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
- Effective Communication skills
- Practical Material Handling skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or supply chain coordination is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is preferred
