About the Role
Payoneer is seeking a motivated, self-starter for a full-time, hybrid Risk Screening Analyst role in India. The ideal candidate is a quick learner in a fast-paced environment, capable of deriving conclusions and decisions from large datasets, possessing strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess risk in alerts initiated within the company.
- File cases to support global compliance needs.
- Communicate with internal functions on a daily basis.
- Implement operational risk policy and procedures in line with regulation.
- Contribute to end-to-end data product planning to support analytical needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High level of English (Must).
- Entrepreneurial and proactive person with ability to work independently.
- A team player with strong cross-group collaboration.
- Advanced deduction skills.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge with Excel.
- SQL (advantage).
- Flexible attitude and ability to cope with changing requirements.
- Proven critical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
