Business Analyst

About the Role

This is a full-time Business Analyst (Fresher) role based in Pune City, offered in a hybrid work model with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
• Participate in meetings.
• Conduct basic data analysis.
• Support the design of workflow improvements.
• Help ensure that business and technical teams are aligned.
• Contribute to documentation, testing support, and coordination activities related to financial, legal, and software solution projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
• Understanding of Business Analysis and Business Process to map workflows and recommend improvements.
• Business Requirements gathering and documentation skills to translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a structured manner, and manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• Interest in financial services, legal compliance, or software solutions; internships or academic projects in these areas are a plus.
