About the Role
Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join their team at The Bronco Club Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This is a full-time, year-round position with dayshift hours. The role offers excellent commission potential.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer-service and/or sales-oriented individuals.
- Experience in serving tables, bartending, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, or sales is transferable.
- Fun, energetic personality.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with rotated Saturdays as needed from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
- Commission: Excellent commission potential, $75.00 per rental (up to $100 per rental mentioned in description, using lower bound for consistency).
- Yearly raises up to 5%.
