This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Present suitable IT solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Maintain and grow key accounts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to support strategic sales planning.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge.
• Lead Generation and Account Management skills.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in software, services, or IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn about new products and market developments.
