About the Role
The Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Western Up, supporting political and digital campaigns through structured fieldwork and coordinated on-the-ground activities. This role involves collecting and verifying field data, engaging with local stakeholders, and documenting grassroots insights that inform campaign strategy and content. The Field Associate will support the planning and execution of events, outreach programs, and surveys, ensuring accurate reporting and timely feedback to the central campaign team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of field activities.
- Monitor campaign performance at the ground level.
- Provide clear, concise updates to the central campaign team.
- Support the planning and execution of events, outreach programs, and surveys.
- Collect and verify field data.
- Engage with local stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Field operations skills: data collection, survey administration, stakeholder engagement, and local outreach coordination.
- Organizational and planning skills: time management, event support, documentation, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication, ability to build rapport with diverse communities, and professional presentation of findings.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: basic data interpretation, situational awareness, and ability to provide actionable feedback.
- Digital literacy skills: familiarity with mobile apps, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools for data entry, reporting, and coordination.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, political science, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in fieldwork or campaign environments.
- Understanding of India’s political landscape (beneficial).
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments (beneficial).
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (beneficial).
