SAP C4C Consultant

About the Role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, including literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluation.
• Build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Create requirement specifications from business needs.
• Define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• Support configuring solution requirements on the products.
• Diagnose the root cause of issues, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
• Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 1-year full life-cycle SAP C4C project implementations.
• Strong functional configuration and implementation experience of two or more implementations of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
• Client interfacing skills.
• Project and team management.

Qualifications

• Experience in other C4H products from SAP including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud.
• Understanding of S4/HANA.
• One or two industry domain knowledge.
• Certification in Callidus Cloud is an added advantage.
