About the Role

Synergy Personal Care is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Associate in Jammu. This role is responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, and supporting sales growth through direct interactions and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing customers.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in local marketing campaigns.
• Participate in promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and strengthen brand presence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills.
• Training skills for guiding customers or team members on products and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Jammu and manage field activities.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or FMCG/personal care sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
