About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Trainee role based in Bengaluru. The trainee will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. The work environment encourages curiosity, accountability, and continuous skill development, particularly in modern digital practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media posts.
• Support basic graphic or video content preparation.
• Monitor social media engagement.
• Compile performance reports.
• Coordinate with senior marketing team members.
• Conduct competitor and trend research.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Learn and apply foundational digital marketing concepts.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation.
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow guidance, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred.
