About the Role

The Software Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This role involves supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software products across BETA’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and review code.
• Participate in technical discussions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and bug resolution.
• Help improve performance and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers.
• Contribute to documentation.
• Research new tools and technologies.
• Support the implementation of best practices in software development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, refine features, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and software testing practices is beneficial.

• Strong Programming and Software Development skills.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities.
• Clear and effective Communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tiruvallur.
