About the Role
- Business Development Associate position within the Renewals team.
- Work with customers across India.
- Work Mode: Work From Home.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
- Markets: India.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers and drive renewals.
- Understand customer requirements and address concerns.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up with customers and close renewals.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned renewal targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required.
Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with the required shift timings.
- Comfortable working with sales/renewal targets.
- Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
