About the Role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, creative, and ambitious junior professional with strong fundamentals in 2D animation, professional video editing, and AI-powered visual production. This role is ideal for a young creative professional eager to build a serious career in animation, filmmaking, and next-generation AI-driven content production.

Key Responsibilities

• 2D Animation & Motion Graphics
• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, explainers, and promotional content.
• Work on visual compositions, kinetic typography, transitions, and animated storytelling.
• Translate creative briefs and storyboards into polished visual content.
• Professional Video Editing
• Edit corporate films, brand videos, advertisements, social media content, and cinematic promotional videos.
• Demonstrate excellent storytelling, pacing, visual continuity, sound synchronization, and editing precision.
• Handle colour correction, basic grading, compositing, and professional video finishing.
• AI-Driven Animation & CGI
• Create compelling AI-generated video sequences, CGI-style visuals, and animations.
• Work with emerging AI filmmaking tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Kling, Pika, and similar platforms.
• Integrate AI-generated visuals seamlessly into traditional animation and editing workflows.
• Experiment with new creative techniques to improve production quality and efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, or comparable professional software.
• Good understanding of 2D animation, motion graphics, and professional editing techniques.
• Practical experience experimenting with AI video generation, animation, and CGI-style visuals.
• Excellent visual aesthetics, composition, timing, and storytelling instincts.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and commitment to deadlines.
• Most importantly, a willingness to learn rapidly, experiment creatively, and continuously improve.

Qualifications

• A talented fresher or recent graduate with 0–1 year of experience.
• Someone with a natural flair for visual storytelling and a strong creative eye.
• An enthusiastic learner who actively explores AI filmmaking and emerging creative technologies.
• A proactive, disciplined individual who can take feedback, adapt quickly, and deliver quality work.
• Someone who wants to grow from a promising junior creative into a highly skilled animation and post-production professional.

Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.

A strong portfolio, genuine talent, and learning potential matter far more than previous job titles or years of experience.
