About the Role
- Support the development and enhancement of Gradyens’ billing and invoicing platform.
- Full-time, on-site role in Tirunelveli.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coding tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Implement new features.
- Fix bugs.
- Design and document software components.
- Work with databases to store and retrieve application data.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Attend regular stand-ups or reviews.
- Learn best practices in software engineering within a product-focused environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Software Development and Software Design.
- Interest in building scalable, maintainable applications.
- Programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with basic algorithms and data structures.
- Understanding of Databases, including relational concepts, SQL, and basic data modeling.
- Basic knowledge of Testing concepts, such as unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development lifecycle concepts is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to follow technical guidance.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
