About the Role
We are looking for a curious fresher who enjoys reading, writing, storytelling, and learning about AI to join us as an AI Curriculum Associate. This is a full-time, work-from-home role for candidates based in Mysuru or Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Compensation: Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month.
You do not need to be an AI expert already. We are looking for someone willing to learn deeply, think clearly, write responsibly, and improve through mentorship. You will work with industry experts and gain hands-on exposure to Generative AI, AI engineering, large language models, and real AI projects.
What You Will Do
- Learn Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval, AI agents, evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Research current technical sources and verify fast-changing AI information.
- Create original course content such as articles, lesson notes, video scripts, examples, exercises, quizzes, assignments, and rubrics.
- Help create and curate AI engineering projects and learning activities.
- Explain complex technical ideas through stories, analogies, examples, and structured lessons.
- Work with basic programming examples while learning how AI systems are designed and implemented.
- Review and improve AI-generated drafts for accuracy, clarity, originality, and usefulness.
- Apply mentor feedback and produce increasingly independent work.
- Follow source, originality, accessibility, and quality checks before publishing.

Who Should Apply
- Freshers with a degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong candidates from other backgrounds may apply if they have genuine interest in AI, technology, and writing.
- Basic computer science fundamentals such as programming logic, data structures, databases, networking, or web fundamentals.
- Strong curiosity about Generative AI, LLMs, AI engineering, and intelligent products.
- Strong written English and ability to explain difficult ideas simply.
- Interest in reading, writing, storytelling, and teaching through content.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, ask questions, and work independently from home.
- Familiarity with Markdown, Git, Google Docs, Notion, or similar tools is helpful but not mandatory.
- JavaScript or TypeScript is not required.
Selection Process
