About the Role

In the Reinigungs position at Akshita Surana & Associates in Kochi, you will be responsible for the daily cleanliness of office and common areas. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring reliable work according to established cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of office and common areas
• Dusting
• Floor cleaning
• Waste disposal
• Restroom cleaning
• Maintenance of common areas to ensure a hygienic and orderly work environment
• Window cleaning as needed
• Carpet care as needed
• Proper use of cleaning agents and equipment

Qualifications

• Commercial Cleaning: Knowledge and experience in the commercial cleaning of offices and common areas.
• Home Cleaning / House Cleaning: Skills in thorough and structured cleaning of rooms and facilities.
• Specialized Cleaning: Experience in window cleaning and professional carpet care.
• Additional helpful competencies: Diligence, reliability, physical resilience, basic knowledge of handling cleaning chemicals, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and basic communication skills.
